浅谈佛山市禅城区海绵城市建设

摘要:

禅城区是佛山市的主城区，由于城市市政建设的历史遗留问题，暴雨天气区内主干道均存在水浸隐患，严重影响了城市交通和市民出行。针对禅城区蓄洪场所被侵占、局部地势相对较低，排水条件较差、城市雨水管网设计标准不高、普及率不足等具体问题，提出转变理念、因地制宜、提前规划、功能与景观相结合的原则，通过水生态体系、水安全策略规划、水环境策略、水资源策略等方面建设海绵城市，有效解决目前市政建设面临的问题，为禅城区带来更多的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Chancheng District is the main urban area of Foshan City. Due to the historical problems of urban municipal construction, main roads in stormy weather area have the hidden danger of flooding, which seriously affects urban traffic and citizens’travel.Aiming at the specific problems such as the occupation of flood storage sites in Chancheng District, relatively low local terrain,poor drainage conditions,low urban rainwater pipe network design standards,and insufficient penetration rate,the principle of concept transformation, local conditions,advance planning, and functional and landscape integration are proposed.The construction of sponge city through water ecosystem,water safety strategy planning,water environment strategy, water resources strategy and so on,effectively solves the current problems faced by municipal construction,and also brings more economic and social benefits to Chancheng District.
