基于街道活力营造的中心区城市设计评析

Urban Design of Central District Based on Street Vitality Construction

摘要:

以街道活力营造视角切入，提出城市中心区街道活力营造现存的规划设计和运营管控层面的主要问题。通过梳理、分析和评估已实施多年的深圳福田中心区 22、23-1 地块和正实施中的广州琶洲西区城市设计，对比研究中心区街道营造中街区尺度优化策略、街道地域文化塑造方法以及实施导控技术，总结建设经验和发展趋势。指出在城市中心区营造充满活力和人性化的街道空间是城市设计向精细化、系统化和弹性化发展的重要途径之一，并尝试在“以人为本”的城市设计理念下提出街道空间模式营造方法和导控技术体系构想。

Abstract:

From the perspective of Street Vitality, this paper proposes the main problems of the existing planning, design, and operation control of urban streets. By combing, analyzing and evaluating the 22, 23-1 plots of Shenzhen Futian Central District that have been implemented for many years, and the ongoing urban design of Guangzhou Pazhou West District, this paper compares and studies the scale optimization strategies of central district streets, the methods of shaping the regional culture of the streets, and implementation guidance technology, and summarizes the construction experience and development trends. The paper points out that creating a vibrant and humanized street space in the central area is one of the important ways for a more refined, systematical and flexible urban design development, and tries to put forward the construction method of street space mode and the concept of guidance technology system under the “human-oriented” urban design concept.
