Abstract:In recent years, with the frequent occurrence of typhoons and other disastrous weather, urban garden trees and landscape in Shenzhen have been seriously damaged, which also poses a threat to the safety of citizens’ lives and property.Based on the purpose of safety management and scientific response, this paper sorts out the types, hazards, daily preventive and emergency cleaning measures of damaged garden trees, and the problems of green waste disposal. The paper introduces examples of reducing and recycling of green waste by in-situ landscape construction and flower border application, and puts forward two suggestions: one is to build an independent and professional green waste disposal system to classify and treat damaged garden trees, and the other is to get in-situ landscape construction and near-field flower border application based on the ecological and natural chracteristics of the logs, reduce transportation costs, and promote the resource utilization of green waste.
